Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship ANYWHERE in the USA. We are currently working to provide shipping Internationally in the next year. If you have any questions regarding where we ship, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at GLMOriginalsllc@gmail.com

How long does shipping take?

Shipping varies depending on vendor and item purchased. However, most items are shipped within 2-4 business days. If there is any delay we will reach out to customer. Please note: on customized items please allow an additional 1-2 business days as we like to ensure quality products that you will love.

How do I track my order?

Once you have purchased your order, you will receive an email directly from us. Once your orders has been processed, we will let you know when your item(s) have shipped and provide you with the tracking number.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We hope this never happens, but we do understand that it does. We have a 30 day Return Policy for all physical merchandise.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns can take up to 15 days - we will send you the information to send the item back to the vendor and then as soon as we have received the returned item all monies will be reimbursed.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes! This process would work similar to Returns, and will be handled on a case by case bases. Please email: GLMOriginalsllc@gmail.com if you would like to exchange an item.
